Nanocrystal Asia Inc will develop high performance Alpha-version prototypes of nanowire-array LEDs at the conclusion of its 18 month R&D plan in collaboration with major Taiwanese LED manufacturers. The company will also communicate with Mainland Chinese, Korean, and Japanese EPI foundries to establish strategic relations.
When the development of the Alpha LED product is completed, Nanocrystal Group will begin licensing business activities, starting with first phase licensing activities with Taiwanese manufacturers, and subsequently with Chinese, Korean and Japanese manufacturers. Our business model is to sublicense enabling intellectual property to LED manufacturers for income and profit.
